Due to their long experience in food-chain work, and their cooperation with the farmers, the storage organisms, and the bakers, les Moulins d’Antoine have been awarded the Certification of ISO 22000 : 2005 in May 2007.
This certification validates in an official way and on an international level the capacity of les Moulins d’Antoine to guarantee a healthy and clean product to the consumer. In order to do this, a complex system of risk identification and controls mechanisms has been elaborated in order to master the entire production process.
Further quality labels have been given to les Moulins d’Antoine for particular products:
> ‘Montagne’ for our rye flour Terres de Margeride
> The Red Label for our wheat flour Certifine Tradition
> The Conformity Certificate for our wheat flour Certifine.
In order to maintain these quality signs, les Moulins d’Antoine is subjet to controls by outside organisms on a monthly basis. This is our way to show our clinets that we take serious our engagement for top quality and carefully analyzing the production process. |
